This butterfly was taken at my grandmother's house while I was searching for things to photograph with my new camera. I know it's not very good, but I'm new at this. =]

As the new GM for Macro Photography, I want to talk to you about the concept of Macro Photography - what it is and what it involves. Also, there are a few guidelines on what's Macro and what isn't.
With a record level of nominations and suggestions on an almost daily basis, it would be hard to ignore the community call to recognise such a fine example of a deviant as `snowmask. Her constant presence since the formative years of deviantART has never wavered, demonstrating a natural ability to seek out and motivate those in need.
